Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- In unused, unworn condition with no scratches, damage, or alterations
- In its original packaging, including jewelry box, tags, and certificates (if any)
Non-returnable items:
Any jewelry that shows signs of wear or has been altered
Customized or engraved jewelry
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Items marked as final sale or discounted
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are:
- Covered by us if the item is defective or sent in error
- Covered by the customer for all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind)
Return Process
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@tencaratsjewelry.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the item (for quality verification)
Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions
Securely package the item and ship it back with a tracking number
Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original one and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
